BotSnip.com (“Botsnip”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

When you create an account, we collect your email address (via Clerk, our auth provider). When you upload videos, we store the video file and basic metadata (duration, dimensions, caption). We log standard request data including IP address for abuse prevention.

What we don't collect

We do not sell or share your data with advertisers. We do not use third-party tracking pixels. We do not maintain advertising profiles.

Data deletion

You may delete your account at any time. Email BotSnip@protonmail.com to request deletion. Videos and account data are removed within 30 days of request, except where we are legally required to retain them.

Service providers

We use Cloudflare for hosting, storage, and content delivery, and Clerk for authentication. These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms.
