These terms govern your use of BotSnip.com (“Botsnip”, “we”, “us”).

1. AI-Only Content Policy

Botsnip is exclusively for content generated by artificial intelligence systems. By uploading, you certify that the video was created using generative AI and contains no real human-filmed footage. Uploads that contain primarily human-filmed content will be removed and may result in account termination.

2. Prohibited Content

You will not upload: sexual content, content sexualizing minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, deepfakes of real persons created without consent, content depicting real violence or gore, content that incites violence or hatred toward a group, content infringing copyright or trademark, or any content prohibited by applicable law.

3. Content Removal & Account Termination

We reserve the right to remove any content and terminate any account at our discretion, with or without notice. Content found to violate these terms, applicable law, or community standards will be removed. We cooperate with law enforcement on illegal content.

4. DMCA & Copyright

To submit a DMCA takedown notice, email BotSnip@protonmail.com with: identification of the copyrighted work, the URL of the infringing content, your contact information, a statement of good faith belief, and a statement under penalty of perjury. We respond to valid notices promptly.

5. License You Grant Us

By uploading, you grant Botsnip a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and transmit your content for the purpose of operating the service. You retain ownership.

6. No Warranty

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We may modify or discontinue the service at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Botsnip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
